I bought this multigrain seed buns from Tesco yesterday and had one with PB&J this morning for breakfast. It was very delicious, very chewy. This bun is about the size of a regular burger bun.
The boyfriend made breakfast for me this morning, he sliced the bun into half and he slathered one side with Adam’s peanut butter and the other with St. Dalfour strawberry jam. Had it with the Brasil Cerabo coffee brewed in the press.
I plan to make a sandwich with this bun for tomorrow’s lunch.
My lunch today was a repeat of yesterday’s dinner, which was delicious prawn sambal and fried rice with vegetable soup on the side.
Dinner tonight is going to be quick and simple, because I plan to wake up super early tomorrow for some yoga and to get an early start at work. It will most probably be pasta with marinara and some steamed veggies on the side.
